Group Practice
Group practice is the heart of Asha’s work. These sessions offer a steady rhythm of breath, movement, sound, and stillness held within a shared field. The sessions are deeply rooted in kundalini yoga tradition.
We use all available tools drawn from modern science and ancient traditions. Session length can be adjusted to the needs of the group, from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.
Working together allows nervous systems to co-regulate, supporting safety, grounding, and a sense of belonging — without pressure or performance. The length of each session is shaped by what feels right for you.
One-on-One Sessions
Individual sessions provide space for deeper listening and personal attunement.
The work unfolds at your pace, shaped by what is present rather than a fixed agenda. You can come alone, with a partner or as a part of small, intimate group. The session is tailored to your vision, your relationship, your life's needs.
Home Fire Circle
Home Fire Circles are intimate gatherings rooted in simplicity, warmth, and presence. A place to sit together, speak or be silent, and remember the human rhythm of connection.
We can celebrate any special occasion you need: a birthday, graduation, funeral, wedding, or those moments when you simply want to be with your loved ones in a supportive environment.
Sound & Gong Healing
Sound and gong sessions support deep rest and nervous system regulation. Vibration reaches beyond words, offering integration and renewal on a cellular level.
During the session you will experience a variety of instruments supporting the journey.
